How to revise well
- Study in focused 25–40 minute blocks with a 5-minute break — not marathon sessions.
- Start each session with 5 minutes recalling last time's topic from memory (active recall).
- Prioritise your weakest topics early in the week while energy is highest.
- Do at least one past-paper question per subject per week under timed conditions.
- Mix subjects across the day rather than cramming one — it improves retention.
- Protect one rest day. A sustainable plan beats an ambitious one you abandon.
