How we choose tutors

• Every tutor is interviewed and has their qualifications and subject knowledge checked before teaching.
• Tutors agree to this safeguarding policy and our code of conduct before their first lesson.
• We don't publish tutors' full names online, to protect their privacy as well as students'.

How lessons run

• All lessons are online over video, so there are no home visits.
• Parents and guardians are welcome to sit in on any lesson or check in at any time.
• Tutors keep their camera on, dress appropriately and teach from a suitable, quiet setting.
• Lessons are not recorded.

Communication rules

• Lesson arrangements go through Beyond Tutors' official WhatsApp and email, with a parent included for students under 18.
• Tutors don't contact students on personal social media or arrange meetings outside lessons.
• Tutors never ask students for personal photos, passwords or payment details.

Raising a concern

If you are worried about anything that happened in a lesson, or about a student's safety, contact us immediately at support@thebeyondtutors.com or on WhatsApp (+91 92969 97807). We take every concern seriously, act quickly, and, where a child may be at risk, inform the relevant authorities. If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.

Online safety

We use mainstream video-call tools and share lesson links only with the student and their parent. Tutors end any session if an unknown person joins.
