In short
Singapore's national exams are run by SEAB with MOE: from 2027 the SEC replaces the O- and N-Level certificates for secondary students, with each subject taken at G1, G2 or G3, and junior-college students take GCE A-Levels at H1, H2 or H3. The national written exams are held towards the end of the year, mainly in October and November. Our one-to-one online tutoring for the Singapore curriculum starts from S$50 per hour, after a free trial lesson.

How Singapore's exams are changing
From 2027 the O- and N-Level exams give way to the SEC — so we always check which exam and subject level your child sits.
- National exams are run by SEAB, the Singapore Examinations and Assessment Board, with MOE.
- From 2027, the Singapore-Cambridge Secondary Education Certificate (SEC) replaces the separate O-Level and N-Level certificates.
- Under Full Subject-Based Banding, students take each subject at level G1, G2 or G3.
- At junior college, A-Level subjects are taken at H1, H2 or H3.
- University admission uses A-Level results, so H2 Mathematics and sciences carry real weight.
- We use the SEAB syllabus for your child's exam year and subject level, not an old O-Level label.
